Three-Phase Development PathThe prerequisite program introduces the seven life skills in clear, practical language before league participation.
Advanced life-skills instruction is integrated with glow-in-the-dark flag football. No Class = No Play.
Participants apply learned principles through character, habits, service, leadership and performance.
Structured athletics, mentorship and approximately 90-minute life-skills sessions.
Community events introduce families to ODM standards, safety and development.
Women’s and men’s programming will launch according to capacity and safety readiness.
The Seven Core Life SkillsParticipants are supported through practice, role-play, reflection, weekly commitments and pre-, mid- and post-program assessments.
Registration & Interest
Participant ProtectionODM maintains appropriate adult-participant boundaries and avoids unnecessarily isolated youth interactions.
Youth-facing staff and designated volunteers must satisfy applicable screening and youth-protection requirements.
Black-light programming includes supplemental white lighting and facility-specific safety procedures.
Emergency contacts, incident reporting, injury response and participant release procedures are required.
Participant information is collected only when needed and restricted to authorized roles.
Clear participant, family, staff and volunteer conduct standards support accountability and restoration.
